Ingredients
Simple syrup:
1 1/3 C sugar
1 1/4 C water
***************************
tea component:
4 C water
3 of your favorite kind of tea bags (I like white but black works well too)

peach puree:
1 pound white or yellow peaches
How to make it
To make simple syrup: In a saucepan bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring, and boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Let syrup cool and chill, covered.
To make tea: Steep tea bags in hot water at least 5 minutes. I usually let them sit in the water as it cool but remove them before I put in the fridge.
To make peach puree:Peel, pit, and puree the peaches in a food mill; then strain through a fine sieve.
Combine all ingredients, chill and serve.
